Thurman John (“T.J.”) Rodgers
Thurman John (“T.J.”) Rodgers has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2012. Mr. Rodgers brings 35 years of public company CEO experience to the Board. Mr. Rodgers founded Cypress Semiconductor in 1982 and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board until April 2017.
Mr. Rodgers currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SunPower (f/k/a Complete Solaria) (since April 2024), as Executive Chairman of SunPower (since January 2023) and on the Board of Enphase Energy (since January 2017). Mr. Rodgers previously served as Chairman of the Board of FTC Solar from January 2017 to 2023, and as a director of SunPower Corporation from May 2002 to May 2011. He also presently serves on the Boards of several privately-held companies.
From June 2004 through December 2012, Mr. Rodgers was a member of the board of trustees of Dartmouth College. He holds a B.S. in Physics and Chemistry from Dartmouth and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
