Kihong Park
Kihong Park is a senior manufacturing and operations leader with 30 years of experience scaling lithium-ion battery production across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Kihong joined Enovix in 2023 following its acquisition of Routejade, a South Korea–based lithium-ion battery manufacturer, where he led the company’s operations and overall business as its CEO. He has since led the integration of the acquired assets, strengthened operational discipline, and improved yield across the Korea operation. As Senior Vice President and Head of Global Manufacturing, Kihong oversees Enovix’s manufacturing operations in Korea and Malaysia, with accountability for scale-up, performance, and volume execution.
Prior to Enovix, Kihong served in successive Vice President roles spanning Quality & Reliability, Operations, and Technology Innovation at SolarEdge Technologies Korea, overseeing the company’s battery production and quality systems. During his tenure at Kokam Co., Ltd., he led manufacturing excellence and cost-discipline initiatives that supported improved margins and financial resilience.
At Enovix, Kihong is steering the company’s next phase of commercial growth, applying deep high-volume manufacturing expertise to drive scalable execution and sustained performance.
Kihong holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Chonnam National University in South Korea.
