Kristina Truong
Kristina joined Enovix in June 2022 as Vice President of finance where she was responsible for accounting and financial reporting of the company.
Kristina brings over 25 years of experience guiding public and private technology, life science and telecommunication companies worldwide. Kristina was instrumental in transitioning Enovix from a privately held company to a publicly listed and commercial business. Prior to joining Enovix, Kristina was a Sr. Director, Corporate Controller at Spruce Biosciences, where she managed all facets of corporate accounting and finance as well as human resources. Among her accomplishments, Kristina has successfully managed finance organizations during numerous public and debt offerings, raising over $500 million in proceeds.
Kristina is an active California Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science, specialized in Accounting at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
