Ryan Benton
Ryan Benton has served as Chief Financial Officer since joining Enovix in April 2025. Mr. Benton brings 35 years of extensive financial, strategic, and operational experience to Enovix, including as Chief Financial Officer of several publicly listed and private companies in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and AI software industries.
Mr. Benton previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Silvaco, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVCO), a provider of software solutions for semiconductor and photonics design, and from July 2020 to August 2023, served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Tempo Automation (Nasdaq: TMPO), an electronics manufacturer. Prior to Tempo, Mr. Benton served as Chief Financial Officer of Revasum, a semiconductor capital equipment company, from September 2018 to July 2020, and as a Board Member of Revasum until October 2023. From August 2017 to September 2018, he served as Chief Financial Officer of BrainChip Holdings Ltd., a publicly listed AI software and chip solution provider and developer of neuromorphic circuits. From December 2012 to May 2017, Mr. Benton held various positions at Exar Corporation, a fabless semiconductor chip manufacturer, including Chief Financial Officer, and as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member from 2016 until the sale of Exar to MaxLinear, Inc. in May 2017.
Mr. Benton has served on several public company boards, including as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair. He started his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen & Company in 1991 and worked at various technology companies from 1993 to 2012, including ASMI and eFunds Corporation.
Mr. Benton received a Bachelor of Arts of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and passed the State of Texas Certified Public Accountancy exam.
